If you have received a damaged piece of jewelry, an incorrect product, or if there is an engraving error, please contact us immediately using the form below.
We will review your request as soon as possible and provide an appropriate solution, either a replacement item or a refund of the purchase price.

Are the items not exactly what you expected? No problem.
You may notify us below within 14 calendar days, starting from the day after you receive your order. No reason needs to be given.
Exception: Custom-made items, such as personalized or engraved jewelry, are legally excluded excluded from the statutory cooling-off period and cannot be returned. This means that all engraved jewellery are not eligible for returns.
You are responsible for the costs and risks associated with returning the jewelry.
If the return is due to our error, we will of course cover these costs in full.

Please ensure the jewelry is properly and securely packaged. You may be held liable for any loss in value resulting from handling that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
